Refunds

Sherwood is built by one person plus an AI co-worker. Every refund is processed by hand, which is why we keep the rules simple.

Subscriptions (Pro and Studio)

You can cancel any time from Settings → Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't refund partial months.

Accidental upgrade in the last 24 hours? Email us at hello@sherwood.camp and we'll refund it.

One-time purchases

AI Boost packs and customization unlocks (logo, accent color, premium templates, footer removal, custom-from-name) are non-refundable once delivered. They unlock instantly so we treat them as digital goods consumed at purchase.

Stripe processing fees

Stripe charges a processing fee on every payment. If a payment is refunded for any reason, Stripe keeps that fee. Sherwood cannot waive it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sherwood.camp with your account email and a one-line reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

EU / UK 14-day cooling-off period

If you live in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to cancel any subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, unless an exception applies. For digital goods delivered immediately (AI Boost, unlocks), this right only ends early where the checkout flow gets the consent and acknowledgement required by law before delivery begins. If that consent is not collected, we will honor the statutory cancellation right.
